In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 7773d website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at 7773d.net.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 7773d Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 7773d Platform and is aged 21 or above.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a Player's 7773d Account wallet, inclusive of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account by 7773d pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law and from which Players may not register or access the 7773d Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process 7773d uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds prior to approving withdrawals.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of 7773d, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, regulatory actions, or acts of government.

By accessing or using the 7773d Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming a promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you are accessing the 7773d Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these terms. In all cases, the registered Account holder bears full legal responsibility for all activity conducted through the Account.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the 7773d Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and game-specific rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

7773d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept amended terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

To register and maintain an Account on the 7773d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7773d operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any time when accessing the Platform.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 7773d Platform or had an Account closed by 7773d for cause.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of 7773d or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not acting under duress or impairment at the time of registration or any subsequent transaction.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 7773d Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and entitles 7773d to close your Account immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 7773d Account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party for any reason.

7773d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from 7773d, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7773d support immediately via live chat. 7773d may suspend your Account pending investigation. You acknowledge that 7773d cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

7773d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, before processing any withdrawal, following a significant change in betting patterns, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification.

• Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address may be requested in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.
• Source of funds documentation may be requested for large deposits or withdrawals at 7773d's discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 7773d Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 7773d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of Players.

Deposits: Funds must be deposited from a payment account registered in your own legal name. 7773d does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published within the 7773d Account cashier and are subject to change at 7773d's discretion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative approved method will be used. 7773d does not process cash withdrawals or withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing Times: 7773d processes withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing timelines of the respective payment provider. 7773d is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking infrastructure, or events outside its control.

• Withdrawals may be subject to a verification hold pending completion of KYC where such verification has not previously been completed.
• 7773d reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Any fees charged by payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the Player's responsibility unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• 7773d does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees, but this policy is subject to change with prior notice to Players.

7773d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific promotion terms are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 7773d promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified Account holders only. Unverified Accounts are not eligible to claim or wager bonus funds.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts, converted to real money without meeting Wagering Requirements, or exchanged for any other form of value.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 7773d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting, hedging, or exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• 7773d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

In the event of a dispute regarding the application of bonus terms, 7773d's determination shall be final and binding, provided that such determination is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

All games, betting markets, and interactive entertainment products offered on the 7773d Platform operate according to their respective game rules, which are published within each game interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating.

All 7773d casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. These systems are independent of any player-specific data, including Account history, balance, bet size, or prior outcomes. 7773d does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player.

In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on your device and the result recorded on the 7773d server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result. 7773d maintains comprehensive server-side logs of all game outcomes for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Player except where permitted by the specific game or betting market rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or software error that prevents a game from completing normally, 7773d will review the relevant server logs and resolve the situation in a manner that is fair to the Player.

• Cricket and sports betting markets at 7773d are subject to additional sports-specific rules covering match interruptions, venue changes, reduced-over matches, and player withdrawal from events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7773d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the 7773d Platform, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf without prior written authorisation from 7773d.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not such exploitation was intentional.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinating bet placement across multiple Accounts to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Money laundering, including using the 7773d Platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of those funds.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own legal name, including use of family members' accounts without their knowledge.
• Any form of fraud directed at 7773d, its payment processors, or other Players on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

7773d employs active fraud detection and pattern recognition systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review. During a review period, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Players under investigation retain the right to submit documentation in support of their Account.

All content on the 7773d Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphic design elements, written content, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 7773d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7773d Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the 7773d Platform or its content without express written consent from 7773d.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 7773d Platform.
• Use the 7773d brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 7773d's proprietary content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 7773d's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable intellectual property statutes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7773d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7773d shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to access the 7773d Platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, including Account data or transaction records, where such loss results from events outside 7773d's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the 7773d Platform.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to losses resulting from Account suspension or closure for cause.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 7773d's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7773d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 7773d.net/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms and Conditions by incorporation. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept the 7773d Privacy Policy in its entirety.

7773d collects personal data for the following primary purposes: Account registration and identity verification; transaction processing and fraud prevention; compliance with anti-money laundering obligations; and personalisation of the gaming experience. 7773d does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering an Account, you consent to 7773d processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and where required by law, regulatory authorities.

7773d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming at 7773d is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or escaping personal difficulties.

7773d provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible at any time through the Account settings or by contacting live chat support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to your 7773d Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the 7773d Platform.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, betting activity will be suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, access to the Platform is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the 7773d Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in immediate Account suspension. Self-exclusion periods may not be reversed before the agreed end date.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players may close their 7773d Account voluntarily by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding withdrawal requests, open bets, or pending compliance reviews. Any positive real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

7773d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities set out in Section 8.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by 7773d.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the Account.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other binding legal instrument requiring Account closure or fund restraint.

Where an Account is closed for cause, 7773d will retain any documentation collected during the Account's lifecycle for the period required by applicable law and may share such documentation with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required.

7773d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, 7773d will provide reasonable advance notice of the change via the registered email address associated with each affected Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law, may be implemented without prior notice to Players. The current version of these Terms and Conditions, along with its effective date, is always available on the 7773d Platform.

Your continued use of the 7773d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7773d holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with 7773d through the following internal resolution process:
